It takes a few weeks, but I always have to reset it and knock off almost 30 minutes. That, and sometimes the exhaust tone gets a little violent when idling with the ac on, but I very rarely run the ac, so it's not a concern of mine.
Got about 20k on my 15% & 2% pulley setup to date...no problems. That includes many autox events and 8 track days.

MiniMania 0% crank, and Alta 17% rev 2.
0 issues in 11k miles
no vibration, no tracking issues.

Only issue I had was the gator belt stretching terribly in about 2000 miles. to the point the pin in the middle of the tensioner spring was not even visable.
I put a gates belt from Napa on, and it is fine after 9000 hard miles. hole in the pin on the tensioner has not moved at all. I'm very happy with the pulleys.

I have 131K on my car and 110K on the 16/2 pulley combo. Original supercharger and still going strong.

I am not so worried about the supercharger as I am with the engine internals when going with a crank pulley. I chose to replace it with an OEM give me piece.

Is there anything i should check for when installing a supercharger pulley? Also are there any issues with putting a 15% pulley on a mini with 90,xxx miles on it. Ive had the car for a while now and i know the owner before me didnt drive the mini like i do now....btw I got the 15% pulley package from Alta.

I put one on a MINI with 102k last month with no ill effects. My MINI now has 172k miles with a 16% S/C pulley and a 2% crank pulley. They been on about 152k miles. I'm still on my original supercharger and have had no mechanical failures except the thermostat gasket and bypass valve in that time.

I must have the newest 03 "S" in the country, maybe. It has less than 60K miles.

No issues.
