Dinan....???

Does anyone know about Dinan tuning? I'm debating whether or not to put on their exhaust system with their ECU, but I havn't heard many reviews on any of their products. Anyone know anything about them?

be very careful about the exhaust...the fitment is critical since it is a one-baller. My buddy installed his and has had problems getting it straight.

I'm surprised a Dinan product has problems with the fit with their kit.

Dinan is a long time supplier of high preformance parts for BMW products. Their reputation is one of a company that does it's homework when develpoing new items.

I think you do not see much about them on here because they are not an advertising vendor.

There was an article in the Feb Issue of Roundel about the Dinan kits for the MINI; anyone out there have a link to it?

I'm soon to add some Dinan upgrades. We have several Dinanites in our club. They are not big message boarders but generally are on our local club board some. You can find a link to the board at www.smokymountainmini.org. The board is open for guests to post so you could ask some questions. They've done different combos of intake and exhaust, boost upgrade and throttle body.

I've got a few Dinan upgrades, but the exhaust was not available for an 05 cabrio when I got mine so I went with Miltek. Dinan puts out good stuff, but there can be a longish delay on releases for new models (similiar to JCW).

Haven't found the article, but have many Dinan upgrades. I am at Stage 5 now, only thing I don't have is cam shaft and springs. For the money vs performance upgrade the cam shaft is out, and will wait til warrenty runs out for springs, and go H Sport.
Dinan ROCKS!, if you have any reserves don't, It's good solid mods, I have friends who have the WORKS, and its awesome stuff to, but I am glad I went with Dinan.
