And more specifically, any JCW 2005+ been dyno'd. I'm going to order a JCW this week and I'm curious as to what the WHP is.

Claims 210 from MINI so you could go off of that but almost equally as helpful, sorry

210 bhp (or 207bhp) and with a 12% drivetrain loss (rule of thumb across MINI owners), comes to about 182-185 whp

Our club dynos a couple times a year and most stock 05+ JCW cars fall in this range.

198.7hp/181.0 torque at the wheels

My best runs to date 198.7 hp w./ 181.0 torque at the wheels. I have an 04' Works w/ 05' upgrades (380cc injectors, air box and software.) Add back the 12-15% drive train loss & it sounds pretty impressive.
PS. I do have 11.lb SSR Comp wheels but this should not be a critical variable in the dyno numbers
The same day we dynoed there was another identical Works MCS that made 10hp less than mine? Engines do vary that much so it's maybe the luck of the draw IMO.

Just curious, did you break your car in by the book, or the hard way?

break-in not strict

Actually I was not strict in the break-in period or shortly there after. There is some pretty convincing data that support this view (so long as constant & prolonged speeds/rpm's are not maintained during the initial phase)
