RC 440CC Too Much?

I have talked with RC Inj. company but they have only 370cc and 440cc Inj. right now. If I get 440cc Inj. is it going to be too much?

What do you have installed? Unless you have a TC kit or 19% pulley and lots of mods, 440 is overkill and might hurt idle and throw some fault codes.

JCW Inj. are 420$ and RC Inj.s are 360$. I thought bigger is better

You might get some benefit but you'll really need an ECU upgrade to make it work. Under the stock program, you'll probably run pig rich.

As for bigger is better... It depends. If your running lean, then you do need bigger injectors. The problem with large injectors is that they can't spray a fine mist as well as the smaller stock system so when they aren't flowing a lot (like at idle), they tend to cause the engine to run a bit rough. Also, you don't want to just dump fuel into the engine; you'll actually loose power. Forced induction cars do need to run a bit rich (say 12:1) instead of the standard 14.7:1 but anything more is just cooling the combustion and loosing power.

The thing is I don't know MTH has a program for 440cc. Maybe with SAFC I could get some decent HP.

You could use an SAFC, but go to somebody that has experience tuning with one.

M7tuning state the following with theyre 440cc injectors....

"These injectors are very high flow units, necessitating the use of outboard fuel computer or similar device, and as such are not recommended for lower horsepower applications"

They also state theyre for 250hp applications so i dont think remaps are viable with this size of injector

Cooper Si, has M7 used these injectors and if so are they re-worked injectors like the 400cc ones? Also, why are they selling something they don't have a system with to control it?

They are reworked ones. And they need your old inj. other wise there is a core charge. It's too expensive if you add the core charge to it.
