15% or 16%?

What is the hp difference between the 15% and 16%? Is there any risk with the 16%? I'm buying one of the two soon, but want to make sure I can keep my Mini as safe as possible.

Negligible difference between the two with respect to hp. There is a lot of experience with the 15% and there are multiple manufacturers to choose from. Good luck...

Negligible is a word that doesn't even descride it... it really makes no difference what so ever....at your PEAK boost if you are lucky it will make a total of 16 lbs IF YOU ARE LUCKY....LOL...really...

I am happy with the 15% Alta pulley - also has been out longer than 16%

Just to compound your decision there's also 17 and 19.

I have an M7 16%, and I'll gladly take the extra 1/2 or whatever psi it makes me, for the same price. Randy Webb is a fan of the pulley, since, in his words somewhere, he said that it fits right at the limit of adiabatic efficiency for our S/Cs. My pulley has had zero issues, including with the belt. Plus, it has the extra heat-dispersing design features, which I appreciate. Again it's the same price, so that was a no-brainer to me!

I 2nd that, plus i also bought it since i have The AGS on the car. Figured the intake and TB were M7 so why not the pully.
