I was in there just yesterday. They will not stock the Denso IK22s, only up to the 20s. I've tried Advanced Auto but they only stock NGKs. Best bet may very well be an online vendor.

yep, get them at. www.webbmotorsprts.com

also, you might want to consider a performance shop instead of a regular auto shop like autozone

Just run them out of the box....

But the NGKs work well as well. And cost less.

The Denso Ik22's come pre gapped. You can if they are because there will be a plastic tube around the threads.

Hope that helps!

What if you've got the screamin demon? It recommends gapping plugs to .65 I believe... And I believe I've seen people with the coilpack & IK22's re-gap their pre-gapped plugs.

The coil pack instructions are fine for plugs that have not been pre-gapped, but the IK22's gap are fine for both Coil packs.

Yes, use the pre gapped setting that comes on the Ik22's with any coilpack.

Good info. Glad I didn't try to push it out to .62 (I think that was the suggestion) that someone else suggested for IK22's with the MSD.

How long can the IK22 last? I've heard of 40K miles ? Is it too good to be true?

Yea, 40k is about all you should try and get out of them. After all, they only have one ground, while the stock plugs have 4.
