Curious if anyone has changed these at around 50k? If so, did you notice an improvment?

Have not touched the plugs in 94K miles, installed the JCW upgrade at 18K now at 112K miles. Just this past weekend I replaced the JCW filter which I had installed late last year with a foam filter, can't say that there is any great difference since one was very dirty and this one is clean.

Car still runs great with the original plugs, must be all those track mile ( 37 track days this year )
