with the minis drag coefficient and amount of power... what is the equation i need to use to find how much horsepower i would need to hit the 200 mph mark? compared to something like a new M5 or something with a more "slippery" figure (and more power)... thanks guys

Based on a quick look at the equations it looks basically correct to me. I'm not at all certain that the frontal area of a MINI is 2 square meters (there's a measurement I'd like to see done!) and I think combining the rolling resistance and drivetrain losses is a bit coarse but again, the basic math is accurate.
