another Invidia MCS group buy..

i have an oppportunity for a great price on the Invidia MCS exhaust. a vendor on Ebay i contacted has 5 available for purchase, but if i can sell 3 he'll give me a price of $560 + shipping. the total being less than the IPDG group buy currently at $669, this would undercut that price by about $20 or so. anyone intested?

P.S. i also spoke to someone at Skunk2 and they quoted me a price of $595 + $35 shipping in the U.S. on 6 or more of their systems. the Skunk2 and Invidia are the same systems but the Skunk2 has stainless tips the Invidia with blue titanium tips. i really want this system anyone please PM me.

Do you know if it will fit a 05 MCS without modification?

from what i have read here on NAM only one hanger has to be modified for 04-05s and most muffler shops will do it for around $20 or so. many have done it

I posted about a month ago we put on 05 convert s .One hanger runs parrallel to support.Frankly its not worth the aggravation of burning off the clamp and rewelding one on at right angle.Just use 2 heavy duty zip ties arround hanger and route thru hanger grommet. Its been on for 8 months and 21000 miles no sqeeks or problems.Invidia sound and finish is a work of art.

someone on here said that when they went to the muffler shop to install the Invidia the tech working on hid car heated up the one hanger and bent it into place- very simple process. seems that is the option i was thinking. is there really no one interested in this?

If I could get a deal on an exhaust I could install myself (meaning no modification needed) I'd be interested. I just can't afford the price of the exhaust plus 1-2hrs of muffler shop time.

Watch ebay, my MCS Invidia was $280 shipped to Oregon. Yes it was new in the factory box.

hmmm... If it is really that simple, maybe one could even do this at home? Bending steel rods with a torch is quite easy - I used to make my own j-hook battery tie downs, although those are cheap and plentiful in case you screw up. I guess the worse case scenario is that you mess up one hanger, and then have to take it to the muffler shop anyways.
