I have about 2 years with that vent line going to my red Alta intake tube. A slight discoloration is all I see and that is on the white threads poking thru the silicone in that elbow.
We only need one can, it'll catch almost all the oil. Oil vapors still get thru though and lightly coat the inside of the IC. I'll clean it with every oil change.

The B&M SSK has no issues with the playmini/scorpion exhaust. I am glade it did not come with a resonator! Everything fit perfect. As for the boost gauge, it is DEFI BF Meter Boost gauge. So it is electrical. I have the map sensor for the boost gauge pull tied to the ground wire on the motor and the vacuum line is right there. I will take some pictures for you if you would like. By the way the DEFI BF METER gauges are awesome! Yes they are a bit pricey, but they light up amber and are so sweet looking and perform well. Aso very clean install! Coming from my old car (subaru) I had mechanical gauges installed and had wires all over the place for each gauge. So going from mechanical to electrical all in a clean setup offered by DEFI is a plus!

Dale,
Nice ride, what are the specs on your Kart? Where do you race? I've been considering ditching my drag racing car plans and switching to Karts again. Used to race TAG set ups with MAC10s etc. Had an old home made shifter with a Yamaha 100cc setup.

Ill try to get some pictures later on tonight. As for the gauges yes they are the ones that go black when off. They look stealth when off and look awesome with that amber light when on! I paid 310 shipped for the boost gauge and the control unit. It is deff. worth the money if you want something like this. I love how they have one wire going to the control unit and to one gauge and then you can attach more gauges by just connecting a wire from the exciting gauge going to the control unit. Saves from running more wires and so forth. Installing is simple and I would not pay anyone to do it. Unless your not good with wires and installing stuff like that.

The one I have does not have one. It is a straight pipe and the tubing that goes into the exhaust.

Garrett,

Can you share where you ordered the gauges. I'm thinking about getting the BF's. Also, what pod did you use to install them?

Thanks

I ordered from http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/me...2/merchant.mvc they are the cheapest I have found and have 10% off. As for the pod, I used the alta gauge pod.
