M7 Project Phase One - 242.6 whp

Just picked my car up tonight after having phase one of my M7 project installed. Very impressed the the quality and the performance. More comments to follow after I have driven the car for a few more days.

Here is what went in:

Ported Supercharger
16% Pulley
Injectors
Venom Nitrous
Front Splitter

Phase Two will add:

Air Gain System
Throttle Body
Alchohol Injection System
+2% Crank Pulley
Strut Brace

I am going to get a dyno run for each phase, and will post the results. Of course, I'll do with and without nitrous.

Why the 'strut brace'?... I would think with all that added power you'd want to put in a more solid, over-all suspension (i.e., front-rear sways, lowering kit, coilovers, control arms, etc) to take full advantage of it? Improving one area of the car usually requires improvements to others in order to maintain the balance of the overall package

Already have M7 Springs and H-Sport Comp Sway Bars F/R. Just replacing an existing brace with the not yet released M7 brace.

Baseline dyno is 170 at wheels. (Pre Phase One)

Hey, it's been two hours! (taps foot)

Thanks for documenting your changes - nice to have a datapoint with true before and after figures!

Here are the dyno results:

Baseline - 170.2 whp
Without Nitrous - 187.0 whp
With Nitrous - 242.6 whp

After Phase Two I hope to have over 200 whp without nitrous, and over 250 whp with.
Also, seems to be running a bit rich, so I hope to have that sorted out next time around.

That is awesome BClemons!

Practically 17WHP from the M7 ported blower alone!

I can't wait to get the results from my car when it's done

Peter at M7 is 'The Man!'

I can't wait to see your results with the AGS and intercooler sprayer in place as well

Cheers,

Henry

So you went from a 15% pulley to a 16% pulley?? Could 17HP really come from injectors and a 1% pulley increase? Nice numbers, definitely!

The gain was primarily from the new port and polish job on the super charger.
