You mean a one-ball conversion?

I did it. Like the sound. Not too loud. Nice "burble" on the over-run. Plus, the resonater and pipe weigh about 20 lbs.

That is what is removed.

The MCS exhaust goes from one side to the other, then out the back. The first one is the resonator. If you look upstream, what are you refering to?

Removing the resonator is what is called a one ball or left nut mod. Your resonator is mounted on passenger side your muffler on the drivers side.

Your questions-
1. Yes. Talk to Eric at Helix13, they've done it for a long time.
2. No sound clips I've seen. Supposed to sound OK.
3. No real power difference. Some dynos even show loss of power.

You do loose some weight which is never a "bad" thing and it doesn't cost very much which is never a "bad" thing.
