Electrical EMS2K to EMS5150 upgrade

EMS2K to EMS5150 upgrade
Hi All, I have a 2005 S with an original EMS2000, can runs great - but the flexible PCB is getting me worried. I therefore plan on buying a newer EMS5150 on ebay and use that for the car. However; A few questions.
- Can I use any EMS5150 from the Cooper (both S and non S) - or are there any hardware differences for the S version, menaing I havwe to get one from an S ?
- Virgin image for the EMS5150 - does anyone have one?
I'd like to retain the immo, and I'd like to have the exact same config as I do now. I do have the BMW/Mini tooling to re-code if needed.
