It appears like M7 only builds 16% pulleys, so it is probably a 16%. The current version of pulley has the percentage marked on the face. Yours looks to be an older version but still may have the percentage marked on it at the bottom of the face.
Yes that is for sure the early version of the M7 16% pulley. Make sure to check your belt wear as we tend to see them wear belts faster than other pulleys.

what pulley and percentage is it ? I have a potential buyer for my sc and would like to be able to tell him what belt he will need with it. Any info would be appreciated !
Am i correct in assuming this is the 15% mini mania pulley ?
