Installed the intake hose to my aem intake no issues from a power or driving standpoint but the standout feature was no cel and the computer definitely thinks I shorted the intake heater line
Haha nik I seem to always do the same mods as you! I don’t think my circuit is burnt but that would explain the error because after all it is right next to the hot engine. I have a feeling we’re both going to need that nm Pcv delete sooner or later because m7 barely got the hoses to me and they seem to be having a real issue with the global chip shortage
i dont think I have a different heater simulator, I bought my hoses in January and just got around to buttoning up my car because I live in Manhattan and working on the street is a pain. I’ll contact them though and see what they say, considering how it’s an error specifically linked to that intake hose I know it’s the culprit
So I haven’t cleared it completely but it’s definitely got to do with the pcv plugs. The smaller one was a little loose so when I plugged it and zip tied it tighter it was able to clear the code from memory. But after a 50 mile test it came back later. I’ll keep troubleshooting it
engine bay for clicks. I still have the nm power module plugged in, I’m waiting for my tectrix device to get in so I can flash my new tune from Lou at power x. Till then it’s still there, I’ll likely just unplug it and cap them off at this point.
