Do dealerships flash the JCW tune for cheap anymore?

Was wondering if dealerships are still willing to flash the jcw tune on cars with upgraded injectors? I have called around to a couple of dealerships but they act like its not possible with the R53. I'm in PA near Philly so shoot me a PM if you know of a dealership that will around here.

I'm in Kansas City. The machines our shop used for R53 JCW tunes is long gone. Asked about this myself but everyone says it's been a long time and we don't have the equipment anymore.
