I did purchase it directly off of the Forge website under the JCW model. They must have shipped me the incorrect one. Will have to contact them.

Yep, just reach out to them and they should be able to get you the correct one.

Are any of you planning on doing a ceramic coating or heat reflective tape on the outside of the pipes? I would assume once the metal heats up it will be a big source of heat soak. I was considering installing these as well, as im convinced the stock plastic charge pipes/intake runner are one of the main sources of heat soak on this car. Even with intake and intercooler, im running double ambient intake temps once my car gets up to temp.

Funny wise the guy which do the video about E-Venturi ( MINI Team Dombeck), states 7HP gain on the Dyno for the Forge main tube, which however gets hot as hell. I think that the heat from the turbo crawls through, a protection might be useless ? On the other hand the air volume which goes through is massive, so that contact with inner tube might be minor.

I am sure coating and wrapping it would help but at least on my JCW I do not think I could do the whole pipe where it connects to the inter cooler. It was so tight I had to jack up the inter cooler to have enough space for the clip to unlatch.
