For the full blown race car that is looking for maximum performance , lighter weight , no worry of hanging a valve open due to a pumped up rocker this is it
more aggressive opening and closing of valves for max performance. Cars go through the rev range so much faster with the lighter weight valve train.

because the ramp rates are different
