As there are many differences between dyno's, humidity, temperature, altitude, etc.... It is important to look at solely delta numbers.
Here are a few different dynos I have done on my F56.
2016 MINI Cooper S Hatchback (F56)
Run 1
Mods:
NM Engineering Intake
Muffler delete
JB4 on stock map (pass through)
Power: 202whp 270wtq
Run 2
Mods:
Full Custom 3in Intake System
Full Custom 4in to 3in Turboback Exhaust System
No JB4 (removed), Factory Map
Power: 219whp 295wtq
Run 3
Mods:
Full Custom 3in Intake System
Full Custom 4in to 3in Turboback Exhaust System
One Step Colder Spark Plugs OEM BMW
Bytetronik Custom Tuning
2gal E85 Mix w/ 91
Power: 276whp 373wtq
All the runs are on the latest DynoJet Dyno purchased in 2016 from DynoJet.
No corrections made.
Project is done for now.
Considering selling the car for a BMW. This was my 3rd MINI lol.
Anyone interested in purchasing the Intake System?
The sounds it makes is great plus huge power! It is custom and heavily used. So keep that in mind.
Let me know if you are interested.
Why run a massive 4-inch system reduced into 3 inches for the exhaust? There's not enough back-pressure to warrant that off the small turbos these cars run. I'd be interested to see what the dynos would show if you went with a 2.5" or 3" system all the way through.

4in is just coming off the turbo since the turbo outlet is so big, then tapers to 3in on the top of the downpipe. The builder decided to go 3in so I went with it. I know its over kill for the 2.0T but was curious on the dyno results with a 3in system. Delta figures were pretty impressive with just the parts.
Doing more testing for the 3rd Gen MINI Platform. Hopefully this can be the modding Platform we are all dreaming about! Likely will continue the thread on my link above!

Reason: Typo
Evolve Tune on Fully Stock Car (Apart from muffler delete).
**These figures are with California 91 Octane Fuel on a DynoJet"
Stock Run: 203whp 215wtq
Evolve Run: 249whp 366wtq
Gained 46whp 151wtq
Insane gains in torque! Same dyno day and everything, just map switched in between the runs with my laptop. Torque was 351 then 355 then 366 (which was the best run).
Will post video after I dyno with my 3in Turboback Exhaust!
Refer to the dyno graph
Thinking of selling downpipe and full exhaust.
I have an Evolve tune now and likely will run all Evolve parts for this new project. Evolve Intercooler and Evolve downpipe to see how the car does.
Likely will sell this Turboback Exhaust. It has been through a few revisions, I will need to send new picture to person that contacts me.
Let me know now if anyone is interested in buying this.
