Can you buy just the stock on the belt tentioner

The shock will be pricier than the $80 Gates tensioner assembly off Amazon.

What do you think of the alta adjustable tentioner

Alta adjustable tensioner is ideally paired w/ the newer Stretch-Fit belts. I've long been searching for them in our size. My tensioner assembly w/ the Alta broke, but I used the non-Stretch Fit stock belt. Pic here shows part of the assembly taken by the the adjustable tensioner:
