Engine is an SR20DET with Haltech stand alone ecu and gt2871r turbo with more engine mods. Im hoping for around 400 whp. The drivetrains coming from a Nissan s13 240sx. I was originally planning on using either the VAG 1.8t or the 2.0 tsi with a k04/frankenturbo but my mechanic convinced me to go rwd. Having driven a couple mk4 gti's(one with a frankenturbo) then driving an r53 I thought the minis handling was awesome but lacked the torque the 1.8t produced and needed more power as well. Two years ago I started dreaming of doing something like this. It should finished in a year give or take.
