Drivetrain new header on ebay for $260
It is a combination of quantity (they produce massive ammounts of parts for lots of cars, so adding this is very wasy for them. The tool up is minimal, and the pipes are all there.) and Labor Rates. Unfortionatly, in the US it is becoming harder and harder to be competative with foriegn labor. I try to use USA MFG's when possible, but sometimes it is not economical.

Of course, after saying that I think we need some #'s for the new Megan header for comparison, don't you?

Sorry for this unexpected change.
Here is an image of the header that we will be selling for now. The second is what I plan to have made for the next set.

[where's the little aplaudding smiley???]
Thank you!!
I would definitely love to see this compared to some of those uber 800-1000 headers lined with gold and diamonds. Probably the exact same thing.

It would be an interesting NAM pole to query those that have headers either what price range they paid or by brand. I will assume that after the 200.00 header came out that the percentage of NAM header owners increased significantly.
This header looks identical to HP Racing's header

i called them about this and they said it only fits the reg cooper....i looked up a exhaust manifold for both cars and found them to be the same. So im wondering if they are interchangable. i think there are.

Warning
Just thought everyone should know that I purchased this header about a year ago and about 6months ago I had to remove it because it started to leak very badly. The leak got progressively worse. It happened at the flex pipe and it appeared to make contact with the front sway bar(stock on my car) causing the leak. Use caution when buying a non researched product.
Was it from HP racing?
I ordered it today so we'll see how it is. ill def be looking for it touching anywhere.
they told me it was for the cooper and not the S ...but its the same manifold from my parts catalog!
