What size injectors do I need for my setup?

I have an '02 MCS that I bought less than a year ago. I'm currently looking into many mods to increase the performance. If I run the following what size injectors would you guys recommend me to use?:

-15% supercharger reduction pulley
-megan racing ceramic header
-k&n air intake
-rmw racing cam

Anything larger than 380 cc requires a tune, with that said go with the 450cc from Jan at RMW and have him adjust your tune. I take it you are running a RMW tune already because you have the RMW racing cam right? Without a tune its just a bunch of parts.

no tune at the moment, only the pulley is installed right now. I'm installing the injectors cam and headers next, and plan to install the injectors and header myself and then have the cam installed and get a tune then. So once it is all put together I was curious as to what size injectors I'd need to have them run safely.

I am running a RMW Dominator cam, OBX header, Random Technology Cat, 16% pulley on my JCW and sold my 380's and got 450's. I did all the installation myself and had Jan tune it. I have excellent power and better than expected mpg's to boot.

I did not find it to be difficult even though I had never installed one. I did a lot of research first then talked with others who gave me some additional tips.

look here first: http://www.minicooperspeed.com/mini-coop...n-r50-r53/

tips:

removing the cam tensioner bolt is the toughest part...use a six point... no swivel joint is needed. Breaker bar helps.

make sure you keep tension on the chain so it doesn't skip a tooth on the crank

Make sure you torque the cam bolt and use locktite, if you don't it will come loose.

If you are doing the header and fuel injectors you might as well do it all.
