advice on custom exhaust

hey all,

So I've had my custom straight pipe exhaust, post cat, for about 4 years now and I think its finally time to quiet it down a little, or a lot.

I really want to retain the deep rumbling noise of the engine but want to cut back on these high frequencies that sound a bit ricey. Also having a straight pipe means that as soon as you try having fun everyone around you knows you're stepping on it ... :-(

I've been looking at the magnaflow oval mufflers since I want it to sit in the straight part of the exhaust right after the middle hangers.
Any advice on which muffler would do the trick ?

Thanks it advance
