Future mods guide?

Hey guys,
Looking for some insight on future mods. Rims & tires, DDM CAI, and ALTA Cat-back, and Alta FMIC (not installed yet) have already been purchased. Im wondering what you guys think next steps should be. Ive also already done a craven shift well cover and ****, and id like to do a SSK forge or NM, also thinking about a DP and then a tune. Future ideas? 2012 -n18

Thanks Melangell,
How'd you decide on a down pipe?
Millitek, Akrapovic, ap, RR?
You have a 100 cell right?

Yep, 100 cell. I read a bunch and talked to several vendors, Way included. I just decided that the Akrapovic was the best out there for my purposes. Remember that with any down pipe you will get a CEL unless you get a tunes that deals with it or the Akrapovic Delete R.

Countryboyshane DOES have a good point though.

Driving school is not a bad idea, especially if you plan to drive aggressively and you're young. Front wheel drive cars can be a handful!

The only problem with the Ak DP and Delete R is that they're not cheap.

Good luck and motor on!

It's there... It was the first real performance mod that I put on and at the time my butt told me that acceleration was a little quicker. Now, however, with everything else... It just adds to the whole. It is generally acknowledged to be the easiest most cost effective mod.

I would also get gauges to monitor what your car is doing for the mods you're adding (boost, water/oil tem, EGT, etc). Unfortunately the mini is limited with the info it gives you on that stuff.

That's my next plan... A boost gauge and either an oil temperature gauge or oil pressure gauge. It seems from glancing over some threads here (not time to read those but I will go back) that there is some issue using either the pressure of the temperature gauge on a MCS. Anybody know? Whichever, I'm a simple man and will use 60mm Prosport gauges in Alta pods.
