Drivetrain NEW Milltek Quick-Fit Catback for the new 2004 MCS...
Milltek has completed design and testing of their Quick-Fit catback for the new Feb. 2004 & later production cars. We will have the parts necessary to fit the current system perfectly here in the USA in the next 7-10 days. Future Milltek production will supply a system that will come with what you need to install the Milltek on any MCS, any year. -Pete, Stratmosphere

Pete,
Glad everything worked out with getting Spillers to Milltek on Sunday, it was fun helping something happen half way around the world. It is so nice to have a MINI community around the world willing to help each other out. Do you have a timeline on when I can expect delivery of my system? I hope it is soon!!!

As customer feedback, I would like to note to you that the factory
rubber hangers were too short on my MCS since i have the Aero-rear
bumper.
I used a generic rubber hanger that was approx 5mm longer at the
holes. fit perfectly there after.

FYI that picture isn't of the 2004 and later Milltek exhaust everyone, so don't be alarmed.... the Milltek 2004 and later exhaust will have the two inside hangers facing east/west, not north/south like the outside hangers.
Pete- that's probably true.
For those who have the aero kit, I used a generic hanger P/No 17219 at Autozone.
You need 4 (or 2 + washers to lower the outside brakets using stock hangers).
They were like $3 each. They call the rubber hangers "'rubber insulators."
