Hey Andy, where did you tap the boost guauge into? I can barely see the short tube coming out of the bypass valve. Seems too short to connect a T.

I pulled the rubber hose off this nipple and installed a tee and a short piece of vacuum hose:

That's where I added the T fitting as well. Some people tee off the other end, from the fuel pressure regulator. :smile:

a tid-bit for those considering ditching the blower (and it's attached water pump) and going turbo with a non-S pump:

that little aluminum diamond plate attached to the block is where the non-S cooper's water pump fits, such pump to be belt driven. There is another port just like it near the rear for the S water pump, blower driven
