Clutch ?

Hey guys & gals did a clutch job this week (not that bad). But after a test drive I found a weak pedal, not a problem I thought I'll bled the slave, but there was no air in the system.Anybody else have this problem.I guess I should mention that the Mini in question is a '06 MCS with 6 speed. Thanks for the help.

Did you bleed the slave with the BMW special tool? or at least the slave compressed? If not you will NEVER get the air all out.
