I use 304l SS. I use schedule 10 pipe not tubing as tubing would fail rather quickly. Every weld is double welded and most of the inside is welded as well where I could reach my torch.

Yes I can make you one...
Nice... Would you also be able to make a intake manifold too? Drop me a pm with the pricing if you could to that would be great. Thanks

Hey Tricky Tricky...hit me up with a price on both manifolds if you can. I COULD use a MCS one but why not go all out right? That is, if you can do the intake. I may just have to steal Chase's when I see him next. I was going to leave the Cooper alone but I may just have to do a turbo build on it. Idk yet. Im looking at an 02 996TT when I get back to the US next year. Unfortunately, the Cooper is in storage but it would be nice to have this all waiting for me when I get back
I haven't developed an intake manifold yet, but it is on my list. I need to pull mine since I ported it to match the RMW head and take some measurements to create a file for the machine shop. Once that is done i can fab them up no problem, but whether or not they will add power, that will take time to sort out!
lol.
If anyone wants to check out the car or go for a spin, you are welcome too, but you may want to hurry up as I will be parking it for the winter soon! And once I park her, I will probably tear her down again and swap out my turbo and manifold and start on the intake manifold.
No runs were saved as I was running into a boost issue on the dyno. The preliminary numbers were 300hp at 18psi and 230hp at 12psi. I am currently running over 29psi. I need to get back on the dyno to get some actual curves with torque ratings and to do a more detailed tune. I tuned on logs only so far.
