Mini Cooper 2007 spark plugs

I have been looking everywhere for sparkplugs for my 2007 cooper and no one seems to have the right size. The stock spark plugs that are in my car now are Beru 12ZR-6SPO3. They really need replacing afetr 4 years so rather than go to a parts store I ordered online.

I selected my model, trim, my year and a couple days later I received some NGK BKR6EQUP spark plugs. I went to put them in my car but found the the threads were shorter nd fatter than the stock Beru's threads. So I went to a few local auto parts stores giving people my same info. They always said they had the spark plugs but then I get them and they all have these short fat threads.

So my question is, is there any replacement for the stock Beru spark plugs on the 07 Mini Cooper? Or I'm I stuck with those. I haven't gone to a dealer for the plugs because they're prices are all jacked up. So if someone could recommend a spark plug replacement, It would be very helpful.

I look up part numbers for NGK Iridium plugs here - best plug there is IMHO:

http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/part_fi...engineid=31729

The 2010 MINI manual reads change them at 60,000 miles.

okay this helps and it's exactly what I am looking for but I will still have to get it online since no parts stores around me carry it.

Also try rockauto.com, good prices, terrible website navigation.
