I know you are tying to "upgrade" to silicone hoses that are stretch over. I opine changing the OE rubber couplers to neon colour silicone hose is not an upgrade but just cosmetic embellishment. The OE couplers are not hoses. They are purpose-design reliable parts.

Hmmm. I wonder if a properly prepped OEM coupler could be sprayed with PeelCoat?
Should be a fairly inexpensive experiment anyway.

To find out the ID of the OE hoses:
Remember, the hoses and the clamps needs to withstand about 1 atmosphere of pressure (about 15 PSI).
- Take a tape measure like you would measure your belly.
- Measure the waist size of the two ends of the intercooler neck, and call these C1 and C2.
- Calculate D1 and D2 where D = C / 3.1416
- Factor in a stretch factor of the silicone round hose. e.g. multiply the number by 0.85
Remember, the hoses and the clamps needs to withstand about 1 atmosphere of pressure (about 15 PSI).
