2003 MCS with 16% pulley

Thinkin of buying a mini for the wife but the one she likes has a 16% pulley fited,but standard intercooler will this be safe

No problems at all I have had the 16% and a 2% plus many other mods on my car for 35,000 miles with the stock intercooler, living in a hot climate with zero problems. I just only recently went to a upgraded IC as thats about the only thing left I could do

Most of these pulleys have been around for sometime without any real issues. Like the previous post. You could always change it if it concerns you Fairly cheap if you are concerned and get a good deal on the Mini you are planning to purchase. Ask the owner how many miles with the 16%.

cool just actually found out it may be a 17" pulley is that better or worse
