Dropping a 06 1.6 into my 03

Howdy, I need to wrangle new engine into my 03 S. I have a great lead on a 06 1.6 but not supercharged. Other than the supercharger and flywheel, are the two engines the same? In theory, can I bolt my supercharger and my trainy on the 06 engine and drop it in.

The base model Cooper's engine doesn't have forged internals. Not sure how much boost it could handle, but probably not a good idea to bolt the s/c to it.

The cooper engine has very high compression where as the cooper S engine has lower compression as it was designed to run with a supercharger. Bolting a supercharger to the already high compression cooper engine would not be a good thing
