Drivetrain New RMW Power Numbers - 277hp
Dude, please you screw up spelling all the time, so what?. Don't point your finger at me. That's why your thumb is pointing back at you. You can't find anything else wrong... you tried with the the MYNES closing down thread, DSPORT Article and now it's spelling... I am getting a kick out of this on how hard you try.
. And I don't mind being here all day, maybe some truth will spill out by keeping me here.
There is a Tube link here.

There is a Tube link here.Dude don't you represent MINI USA now??? Are you sure it's a good idea to talk smack to their customers in a public forum
?Say it ain't so Jay.
Longboard
Jan's busy working on doing just that and setting a few records along the way!!!
You dont get it do you, this thread is a RMW thread, not a thread about other peoples cars. All he has to do is answer the question
Let's make this perfectly clear. Besides you and one of your buddies, I am the ONLY one who has these pictures.
Are you asking me to post them Jan? Because you have them already and if you really want them up then you might as well post them. I've respected the customers wishes not to make mention or post anything of the situation on any internet site, and will continue to do so. What you do is of course up to you.
No more of this stuff for me. This is all too crazy and I have too many good things going on to get caught up in this insanity here.

Nicely said "onasled". I've been reading NAM for quite some time and I'm sad to say I'm looking for another forum where the main participants to this continuous rant about their accomplishments do not prevail.
I've purchased a 02 S and will be spending the time and $ to try and get it to the 300+whp range. I sure hope I don't have to do business with the "rantors" here.
Too bad a guy can't just post his figures and have his "day in the sun" and let it be. Seems to me we can all benefit from each other's successes rather than the continuous immature ranting on just about every thread these guys enter.

Seems to me that the owner of that car already tried to answer your question: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...10-post36.html not to mention that seeing an unusually powerful car is not something to get all hissy about (again, ask Mike and jay). After having been on NAM for a bit too long, I can recall reading about several of these "Wednesday build" MINIs. In fact, big howe's seems to fit that description.
But since you have a clear agenda, at this point pretty obvious, you decided to bring it up in this thread instead of continuing the topic in the referenced thread (funny how you didn't link to it) to stir the pot, doing in fact what you so dislike about other posters with agendas.
Didn't you complain to the site administrators about just this type of behavior from other users in another thread? I guess if you can't beat them join them
Hmmm, I guess in fact I DO get it.
And since I can see that your intent here is just that, to fill the thread with rubbish and possibly get it locked, like others have done on other threads, I will now bite my tongue and try not to respond to your expected response with the intent of keeping the thread on topic.
Now i'm sorry you feel the way you do, but when you post threads like this you best be ready to back it up. All this could have been averted if Jan would only answer the question. Oh and it's interesting that Jan seems to get a lot of these "Wednesday build" cars?
Well if you look at my first post in this thread it was a response to only what big howe said below:

Regardless, the amount of test and data collection that has been put into this is not for the faint of heart. Have you tested multiple oils and transmission fluids on the dyno to see what works best? Have you changed catbacks 3 times and tested the results to see how they affect HP and TQ? Have you had 3 differnet meth systems on your car and tested varying jet postions, jet sizes and numerous fiuld mixtures on the dyno? How many cams have you had in your car?
It maybe a Wednesday build, but it isn't all by luck. I know of very few people that have collected data as I have and learned the hard way. I don't read code, how it all ties together to get the power out of the car. This along with all the research RMW has done on hard parts, heads, cams, headers etc., has gotten this car where it is, not some bloke in England.
This is real easy to solve. How about next time Jimini is in SoCal, he could run his car on Church's dyno. It isn't that far of a drive. I'll even paypal him the money to run it. Hopefully it will set to rest all of these accusations about the dyno there.
oh scoulburn I was just asking that cause you said you were gonna dyno a before and after meth.
I doubt that is the reason, there is no way a quarter mile can give me a hard-on of experiencing a new track. Even and hpde is more thrilling. The tension and anxiety when they call your class to paddock. Waiting on the grid, going over in your head the turn-in points. The hours of looking at videos of the course on youtube and playing track on video games. Somehow all this just fails to compare to a 15 second run, miserably. But I guess some people like it like that, I just like my thrill to last a little longer than 15 seconds.
Drag stripping seems a bit anti-climatic.

The excel spreadsheet is Lee / Floof first time at the drag strip, I'll state the obvious again look at the mph and look at the ET fluctuation.
Guess what he's coming back down in September, its only a 7 hr drive for him, but he like the competion and also being with like minded people. Not sure how many made it up the strip but there was 40+ booked on the stand but the stand was empty most of the day.

So getting back on track to the OP thread and talking about his acheivements / combo.
The next time you dyno Big Howe could you start the dyno at 2k ?
What are the other changes that you have made from the 259 days ?
How much W/M do you use a week?
Have you worked out how much you use use per sec at WOT ?

Drag stripping seems a bit anti-climatic.As you can see from Floof's spreadsheet that Drag racing can make you a better driver and teaches you how to shave off 1/100ths -1/10ths by driving the car differently, apply that to your local roadcourse.............

, did you use the correct quote?
