I haven't. Hope you find someone who can give you an experiential response with these particular headers.

But, in my experience, you get what you pay for in these areas. Better to save your money for quality mods that work and last vs. the allure of inexpensive mods which only lighten the wallet.

Hi, I'm waiting for one I ordered from Ebay last Friday. It is an AMK racing stainless header. It looked good on the pictures and the price was really good. One thing is that you need to order the gaskets separately. I got the gaskets from KOperformance for a low price. Good luck!

I have the AMK and it fits well. You need to make a small indention in the heatsheild so the o2 will clear but thats about it.

Oh but I did have to plain the flange a little as one of the pipes came back to far.

AMK Header

Does the exhaust just bolt right up including cat or did you have to weld pipes on? Use stock or aftermarket cat back?
Thanks,
Bill

Currently I am running no cat as it bolts up to the 2 hole flange behind it. I am looking for a high flow right now though as I hate the sound without it.

I bought a stainless header from ebay (ss autochrome) for my old sentra se-r, and it made pretty good power, but after a year it looked like complete garbage. On a side note, the ebay sourced stainless exhaust i have on my MCS, after 4 years has extremely rusted flanges, while the rest is in fine shape.

Well I just received the header! It all looks good well built. The only thing is that one of the pipes extends about one mm through the flange where it contacts the head. No biggie easy to grind! Updates to follow.

The important question is, did you noticed any power gains?

What about getting a header from Ebay and then taking it to a shop to have it blasted and hot coated? Seems like the small price for the header and the small cost to have it coated would still give you a nice header and it would last longer and still be easy on your budget

Well, I installed the header today. It was simple enough. Now I must say that I'm looking to adapt a high flow catalytic converter and a resonator. The thing is way too loud more like stupid loud to the point that I can't hear the supercharger at all. With the stock header and OBX exhaust was loud but not too bad.

I just bought a high flow cat and a round Magnaflow muffler to use as a resonator. I think I will still have good flow and the sound should be lower and throaty. I hope I can do it this week.
