I've not done it yet, I'm in the middle of switching jobs, so I'm kind of busy.

But as for the thermal dispersant coating, you can get it done tons of places. I'm in So Cal, so I'm going to use a local place: http://www.specializedcoating.com/

But you can get it tons of places, just google "thermal dispersant coating". These guys also carry it: http://www.performancecoatings.com (i've used these guys for ceramic coating, they are great)

Just got my Helix intercooler!!! (I too have to wait about a month before I can install it ...I have too much work right now and have to go on a business trip for a week in 2 weeks).
