We want to hear it under load. Hang a mic out the boot and let's hear what it sounds like under full launch.

Sounds great! What are the details? Muffler, resonator, pipe size?

I hope its not just straight pipe, because for $350, you got RAPED!

Yep!! Mine cost $50 for the tip and $60 for the muffler shop. Don't see how $350 comes into play.

ok, so no muffler, no resonator, and de-catted?

I don't think your video clip can transmit the full angry roar you must get when you stomp on the gas unless our computers are hooked up to a massive home stereo.

That must be seriously loud all the time.

Sounds great! I can even hear the high pitch sound from the boost being dumped/recirculated . But if you do decide on a decat dp i would def get a resonator on

I think you mistitled the thread. Instead of "got my new exhaust today" it shoulda read "removed my 75% of my exhaust today"

It should fit perfect! Heres a pic of mine at the bottom and it uses the standard clamp that joins the standard dp to the flexi : http://s437.photobucket.com/albums/q...bottomview.jpg

I have a question on exhaust tones as well.
mine is the borla cat back system. it sounds ok, ide like it to be a tad bit louder. and even more, i would love to get more gurgle and pop sound from it. I noticed that there is a resonator after the cat. if i removed the resonator, left the cat and mufflers, do you think I may get the effect im looking for?

I think that would be overly loud for what I want.
and I would hate to get rid of my borla mufflers
