I got all this (stripes front and side) and the installation, for less than 50 dollars (500 Mexican pesos), i belive its a great deal, and it does look pretty cool.
What do you think?

 

Is the word MINI level with the ground? It doesn't quite look like it's parallel with the lines of the car.

nice stripes, are there accent stripes on the side stripes? the first picture looks like it has some accents. and if they do, have you ever thought about adding accent stripes to the bonnet?

thanks, it doesn;t look parallel because the floor isn't its uphill, and no it doesn't have any accent, by accent you are saying like MÍNÍ?

 

I think, by accent, the poster meant it appears there are pinstripes next to the larger stripes. Maybe the photo is just out of focus.

 

MINI sure looks unparallel to me. In the first picture it looks parallel with the ground, not the car. Must be an optical allusion.

Ah yes... it DOES have pinstripes. I agree with the previous poster... you should consider placing pinstripes on the bonnet stripes, too, to provide continuity in your overall theme.


And for those saying the stripes are not parrallel. I think it's an illusion because the center line chrome is not parallel to the ground, it's at a slight angle. Looks like a good install job to me.

 

yea i thought about that after i left the place where it had been done, i think i have to remove the 2 stripes and add the other two because the width will be to big if i added just the pinstripes

That's a great look.
It appears that the word MINI is parallel with the black molding on the bottom.
Which would be correct, the chrome window surround does incline up.
Nice install.

and yeaa it is alligned at start i thought the same thing but it is ok the guy that installed them proved it to me with a ruler XD

adrianr, I also struggled with the alignment of the "mini" vs the chrome molding and the level of the ground etc. I went parallel to the molding.

 

The side stripes as well as the word MINI sure look great. I would go back and get the bonnet stripes to match up.
Where did you get then done so cheap?
