Drivetrain Head Swap
Thanks for the encouragement and yes it is coming together. My huge project of head, header, cam, suddenly became ginormous when we took the next step by porting the intake (horns and manifold).
I think I am gonna be in the dog house for a while..........
The goal is for the dog house to be worth it with some perf improvement WOW now, and then more WOW with the 440s and a tune.

I know what you mean. I did what you are doing, plus the pulley and cat-back all at once. I hope you get more WOW than I did. I'm not impressed yet. I'm looking forward to the 440's and the tune to provide the WOW. I do have a sweet sounding exhaust system, though.

I just pushed through last night, and was able to drive it to work today.
I have not really pushed it yet, but it sure does rev much more freely at the bottom of the rpm range.
The header is still smoking from the Thermo-Tec wrap and the coating.
And yeah, with this header and the Madness cat-back it sounds like an Indy car. I am not sure the wifey will allow me to keep the Madness cat back, I might have to put the JCW cat-back back in there. I am guessing that the Millitek will sounds similar, given the design.
