A/F ratio via hack or via hardware?

Is there a way to get this by somehow hacking the ecu and getting the A/F ratio out the OBDII port or is the only way to install a wide band 02 sensor?

Thanks.

For tuning, you are best off using a quality wideband O2 sensor installled pre-cat. There are some AF numbers you can get from the ECU; however time intervals and the fact the factory O2 sensors are narrow bands make the info of limited use during tuning.

There are no numbers to "Hack and get". Our cars do not monitor wideband AF ratios. Your car knows when it's rich, and when it's lean, that's about it.

Buy a wideband AF gauge.
