Lightweight wheels and non-runflat tires, followed by the pulley.

pulley = $120 - sort of involved DIY. If you are experienced and/or are comfortable with it. It is doable.

exhaust = $100 - $2000 - depends on if you want a cat-back, header back, one ball, custom, etc... Installs are easy though. so it's definitely a DIY.

software = $300 - $800 - different companies have different options. Some are plug n play DIY, and others not. The best thing is to have it custom tuned on a dyno.

Wheels, tires, rear sway bar and work on the nut behind the wheel (Driving School) before you add a bunch of hp YMMV

that's what most do, start with 17% pulley, 1 ball exhuast, Alta CAI, 19 - 25.5 MM sway bar, detroit tuned bypass valve, M7 front strut brace, and a set of Eibach 1" lowering springs.

i'm somewhat in your boat, not sure what to get next... i have already done the CAI, pulley, and catback exhaust...would love a custom tune...just holding out for Jan to hopefully appear nearby.

Haven't tried the swaybar yet...hear lots of good things about it though.

RSB: Greatly improves the handling and the most significantly felt mod next to the pulley in my case. Maybe the coming RMW tune in PNW will make it in my "most significant" list.
