Drivetrain Revolution Mini Works Camshaft..... taking orders
i did, and it fixes the problem most of the time. When i ran 87 octane i actually had it shudder to almost stalling once, but now i only use 93 octane. every now and then the car starts vibrating a little harshly, but most of the rumble is just noise now. Now it mainly idles high some times on cold starts :P, to the point that i can smoothly let out the clutch without hardly touching the gas and it wont yoyo or stall. Once its warmed up though most of my issues disappear.
mine shutters now from time to time with a stock cam. it lopes to the point it sounds like its going to quit, but never does, either pulls itself out of it, or i can tap the gas if i want it to straighten up immediately. oddly enough dropping from 93 to 89 octane fixes the problem. from what ive read, its a common stock problem....so i'm pretty used to some shuttering.....sometimes i like to pretend im in an old muscle car as it shutters at a traffic light or drive thru lol

my point is that this may not be related to the cam at all
if you want the Newman cam it's cheaper to buy direct from Newman if in Europe
if you want our proprietary one, you will need our head/header and tune for it to work properly
Hi there, ok thanks, but at this moment i won't change the head, i will change the header and put the cam, is that fine too?
and how much would be the head/header and cam from you?
thanks

you can contact me through email and I will go over your wants/needs with your car and help you get the right cam for the application

I thought you only had one cam...If so, I thought your cam worked just fine with the stock head and tune...but obviously better with your head and tune.
or, do you have 2 cams? One being the Newman cam and one being a custom ground cam? If you could shed some light, Jan, I would appreciate it.
I'm a little Confused...

I have 2 other cams already and 2 more on the way
these are more extreme cams and probably not for street use
Can you explain to us, what are the 2 other cams? for which engines? BTW I bought from you the cam but I don't know if it works well with the stock head? I asked this qus cause you said you need to RMW head for itonano!

you have the proper cam for your application
yes, you got the best available for your situation, it was the best at that time of all of the cams we tested, and I tested over 8 different cam grinds
What we have now are not really street cams nor just for the 1.6L
as you well know things evolve, Honda's just didn't start producing 300whp overnight either. It was and still is a progression of sorts.
I doubt it ever really ends
kinda like this thread

Ok..... it has been slow getting geared up for this as the demand has been through the roof. We are trying to fill orders as fast as possible. IF you have not received your cam please put your name on this list so we can get it to you as fast as humanly possible. I have another 30 coming
Price is $400 + $15 shipping in the USA
Yes it works great on stock heads.....
expect around 10whp and 8-10ft lbs of torque

any chances of the price coming down to a respectable amount?
10 wHP. for $400 seems like not much bang for the buck.
