Since a lot of us will probably be getting injectors and/or new plugs, anyone want to post where they've seen some really good prices?
Outmotoring has the JCW 380s for 289.99
Helix has the Bosch 380s for 260 and the JCW 380s for 295.
Where are some good spark plug deals?
I have about 12k miles on my NGK colder plugs and pulley belt. Think I should replace them to be safe?

Oh man I have lots to do before the tune....getting my belt replaced this weekend, but I also need new plugs and I stillcan't decide if I want to get the injectors.
Scott: did Jan say he could bring the 380s with him? If yes then I would be really interested because it's hard to find a cheap installer here in Vancouver, nevermind the hassle with shipping and customs.
Now I'm wondering if Jan could bring the plugs as well

My dealer is Richmond Mini and they did my pulley in 2004 for $300.
Yaletown is much cheaper, in fact my dealer is asking about $160 to install the injectors!
I was in the All-British car show in Van Dussen last saturday and met some people who have had good luck with Mini Yaletown.
Try Lordco for NGK Iridium 7. I got mine from them for $14 each before (2004). It should be cheaper now as they are becoming more popular in the market.

So has anyone changed their injectors? I just purchased some new JCW 380 injectors, and I am planning on installing them just prior to my tune with Jan.
I have read several of the "how-to" instructions on this site, however it is still unclear to me whether or not it is necessary to remove the fuel line from the fuel rail. Does anyone have any experience on this? The rest of the install looks pretty straightforward.
Thanks.
Shane

Just replaced my injectors last week. Its a pretty simple job. As I recall, the two line you have to disconnect is 1) the fuel line from rail, which is held on by a spring loaded connector that you slide in one direction to release the tension then slide. 2) the vacuum line, its on the underside of the rail, about the mid-point of the rail. If you follow the direction in Bentley it will be fine. BTW, open the fuel filler cap to release any pressure before removing rail, it will help unpressurize the system a little so less of fuel will spill out.

I talked to Jan and the dyno operator and we are now doing longer days from thursday to saturday. Show up early
Sunday is for technical problem redos or last minute people.
Anyone wanting to join beyond this point is going on the Sunday list. If you scheduled last minute, check to see which day you were moved to and let me know if it works for you.
Also!!! If you are running a 15% pulley you should use a 537 belt or JCW. If you have a (15% w/ 2%) or 17% you should use a 535 supercharger belt. Otherwise Jan will send you home
(These numbers are the last three numbers on Napa and other part store belts).
Jan, correct me if I'm wrong
