Would this even be worth my time?

Or should I spend the money and get it from a reputable store?

I would go after the B&M shifter on ebay if anything...they go for cheap sometimes too!

I would just be afraid of it snapping or bending if I shifted too fast or hard.

I've had bad experience from the knock-off chinese-made SSKs on ebay. Not with eventual failure, but with ****-poor design and fitment problems. Avoid!

my guess is that it may not fit just right... or the "40-60% reduced throw" may be a little (or a lot) inflated. but for 30 bucks it might be worth a try.

In my former career as a Honda/Acura parts reseller, we carried a similar shifter as well as the B&M and DC Sports. They all looked VERY similar, but BOY was there a difference.

First time at the track I snapped the "ebay type special" right off at the ball. Friends did the same thing.

The MINI shifter is NOT a light install and thus who wants to go cheapo on the part, spend forever putting it in, only to have it break a short while after.

I am not saying to buy mine over this, just saying DON'T buy this one!
