BPV/Supercharger Intake Tube

During my Detroit Tuned Bypass Valve install, I broke the tab on the supercharger intake tube. The car doesn't idle right and the check engine light came on, so I need to replace the tube. I thought I saw a write up on doing this, but can seem to find it. Can someone direct me to a write up of how to disassemble the front of the car to get to the intake tube? Thanks!

Chris

I have done this actually!

But I drove mine for a week with the SES light on. Just make sure the intake tube is fully seated to the SC.

Remove front bumper cover. 3 bolts and 2 screws on the bottom and 1 bolt on each side in front of the wheels.

remove the metal bumper support. 5 bolts per side.

remove the plastic screw clips that hold the radiator support the the frame. there are 2 at the top (they will look like plastic rods when slide out), and 4 on each side.

This will allow you to pull the radiator back enough to remove the tube and access the bolt that holds the tube on.

I can do it all in 2 hours.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE INTAKE TUBE FULLY ON THE SC WHEN RE-INSTALLING. I thought I did, and got everthing back together and it was sputtering and misfiring.
