Which Head to get?
Ok I want to get a Cylinder Head but I don't know witch one to get.
Thumper or RMW? I'm going towards the RMW one. idk.. lol
Or is there a better one? I want the most HP possible.
If there is a thread I missed also about this please link me up.

I should be getting my Thumper head this week!
Install maybe the week after... followed by custom tune the week after...
I will post the dynos to see how it goes!
I must say I was impressed with the customer service from Mike (no B/S and he won't sell you stuff you don't need).

I think mostly everyone on NAM will tell you to go with the RMW.

Be aware that with the Cosworth they machine a bit off the mating surface which will increases the compression ratio. Just one of those things to watch out for.
This is what I have seen and learned over the past 3 years of this.. The HEAD is as good as the tune! Yep! MOST all of the heads are showing a 20-30 HP gain ( depending on mods) and then the tune is yielding "UN- real numbers!!" Jan is working miracles out there on the WEST coast! No doubt other tuners will make killer gains also. But "to me" Jan is the cutting edge on tunes.
Then there is the use of the car and the cost of that performance.. yes?? It is common knowledge that big valves will allow more mid to top end power. Great for the turns, or straights, or having BIG top Dyno numbers ( with out the tune)... but some guys are after the power increases that will compromise a little top and mid numbers, for the comute to and from work, stop and go lites ... Thus the different heads out there!! SOOooo... I feel ONE HEAD DOESNT FIT ALL APPLICATIONS, yes? I suggest looking hard at application!! Bolt on 25 30 WHP push over the 200-220 total HP mark and have fun.. or go for the BIG NUMBERS and have fun that way!! Just a thought....
D-MAN.... it is on the boat to ya !!

I have a Gintani Head and it's making mucho power. Once you upgrade the head, you really need a custom tune. Not even MTH can configure for a head up-grade...
Not trying to start a war, I'm just not going to deal with it...There have been claims that the Gintani head is the same as RMW...I know for a fact that they're not...There are things done to the Gintani head that aren't on RMW's, take if for what it is...Please no flaming, just putting out info

On the dyno (Mustang, 101F day) with Milltek catback, 41.50 lb-ft torque and 58.81 hp @ 6,747 rpm, over stock base line, with an Endyn midrange focused modified head
, Endyn valves, otherwise stock valve train, OEM intake & port matched header, 19%, 380 injectors, Helix/GIAC flash. Most of those in the market for headwork are unwilling to wait for a hand crafted stellar product like Endyn’s. Many other components of the tune have changed, but the head is still performing well pushing 50k miles of use.
