HELIX short shift adapter

http://www.outmotoring.com/mini-coop...t-adapter.html

its a pretty cheap way to shift shorter.... anyone have it? and is DIY... i know for a lot of these things you have to go underneath the car and i dont have the proper equipment to do all that...

edit... i should read.. one needs to get under the car to install this thing...

I think this is one of the best ways to go for a SS kit. If you do not want or need to adjust the height of the shifter this will do the same as the rest of the SS kits out there. Installation is also easier and less risky than the SS kits that you have to remove the entire shifter body.
Yes you do have to do this install from under the car. It may be a good time for you to buy some jack stands and a floor jack.
