Drivetrain Autotap data logging

Autotap data logging
On my way home from work yesterday I recorded the entire trip and made a point of causing multiple high load/boost periods in order to heat soak the intercooler. It amazes me the amount of data that the autotap will give beyond the basic data from other cars. I saw an EGT spike of 819* (it wouldn't list the units of measurement but the default is metric) with 11.27 psi of boost (after converting Kpa from the MAP and subtracting the Barometric pressure in millibars) and the ambient temp/IAT spread was 36*F (around 20*C). The normal cruising temperature difference was 6*F from ambient/IAT.
This was all with only the homemade CAI and the scoop removed from the hood. I will play with reinstalling the stock intake and some other things.
I hate having to do all of the conversions (just time consuming) and the Autotap software only allows you to play, advance/backup one frame at a time, and skip to the beginning/end. If you want to see something 2/3 of the way in you have to play from the beginning, stop it near the spot, and move frame by frame to look at points of interest.

The scanguage is nice, but I like the ability to create guages and graphs from the streaming data. It also will data log as long as my hard drive can hold it (which would be a loooooong drive). I'm working right now on taking some snapshots from the drive to show some of the peaks and interesting data. I think that this setup is more than adequate for what I want to do (log changes from modifications and get to know the systems better). Any changes I make to the car like exhaust or intercooler can be evaluated by a much higher standard than the seat of the pants. The scanguage and others do that, but I have had this program for some time now and I don't want to drop more money on a new toy (we have twins due any time now).

The scary part is I already have three kids!
I'm having issues getting my laptop to cooperate when I ask it to print screen. I want to screen capture the Autotap interface in order to display it here, but it's giving me problems. You can't transfer the data to excel either. I would have to hand transfer the numbers. I just don't have the time for that right now.
