Torque For Header Bolt

Any diy people out there that know what the torque# specs are for tightening the header bolts after a header install?

18 ft-lb, torque again after a few heat cycles, and again after another several, and repeat until the bolts move no more, re-visit a few months after that and check it again.

Were you able to get to all of them? when I installed my header, I could only get to maybe 2/3rd of them. Some tight spots. The bolts were too close to some header pipes. Do you have any tips?

I dont want to create any false facades,so I will proudly tell you that I have never been a mechanical person.I am an artist(really).This car has inspired me to start learning though.My wife doesnt know who I am at this point.i am obsessed by th elixer of a fast,well handling MINI.I am only trying to give my mechanic the correct torque numbers.One day I will do myself hopefully.
