All belts stretch in time and proper belt tension is key to power transfer from crank to supercharger. If nothing else... go for the $20 belt change.

VERY TRUE! Plus many clients that experience nosing off in power is related to either leaky boots, OR bar bypass valves. Both of which are inexpensive and easy to fix. A boost gauge installed earlier in the cars life, makes diagnosing these types of problems easier as you can see the boost tapering over time.
